We had an absolutely amazing trip thanks to Lisa Ringler, a Virtuoso advisor with Departure Travel Management! Paris exceeded all expectations—the culture, history, and cafés were incredible—and our walking tour with Sophie was a true highlight, taking us to hidden spots we never would have discovered on our own. The balance of the trip was perfect. After the energy of Paris, Aix-en-Provence was peaceful and picturesque. The mountain hike and our tour through the Luberon villages were standout experiences, made even better by our knowledgeable and engaging guide. Lisa made the entire trip seamless. Every detail—from transfers to hotel locations—was thoughtfully planned, which made traveling completely stress-free. Her expertise as a Virtuoso advisor really showed in the quality of the experiences and overall planning. We came back with amazing memories and can’t recommend Lisa enough. Looking forward to planning our next trip with her!

Their travel vendor Eluxfrance is completely non transparent and a scam at best. Ruined my 10th anniversary using a travel agent and service under this umbrella.
