Do not purchase this warranty!! Paid $2,433 for a Level 3 warranty back in 2022. We do have motor modifications that were completed back in 2017 but that was understood when we purchased the warranty and signed the contract. Detailed pictures were provided of truck and everything was understood that OEM parts would be covered. First ever claim we’ve made, having an AC issue that they covered, got truck back and the AC issues persisted so went back and now they are denying the claim and canceling our coverage because of the modifications to the truck even though that has nothing to do with the AC system. Typical insurance/warranty company willing to take your money and then not stick to their own contract. Also tried to push the problem off on our bank even though it’s Vision’s contract. Makes no sense. Don’t waste your money.

I was skeptical about aftermarket warranties but after speaking to my credit union I decided to get a warranty on the vehicle I purchased. They recommended this warranty company, the person I spoke to in finance even stated they had this warranty on their vehicle. My vehicle ended up needing a big repair and I was nervous that they would not cover it due to all the horrible stories you hear of warranty companies having loopholes to get out of paying for a repair. After reading some of the reviews it made me even more worried. This was not the case! I am so happy I purchased this warranty with Vision. They worked with the dealership quickly. You have to make sure you read the fine print of all warranties. I think some of the bad reviews are due to false expectations set by the finance company that sold the warranty or from lack of understanding what all it covers. Overall, I am very pleased with Vision Warranty Company and will definitely be purchasing another warranty from them on the next vehicle I purchase.

JOKE.
It took weeks for them to approve my claim. Adjuster after adjuster was sent out.
When it came time for the payment to the shop, they refused to pay the shop's credit card fees, so I had to cover that $450 in addition to my deductible.
Rudest customer service ever.
Casey, "claims manager", you're a joke who called me a liar stating that no company charges credit card fees.
Still waiting on the reimbursement for the oh-so-generous one week of rental car they allowed me while the shop had my car for 3 months.
But they're glad to take that full up front payment for the warranty.
