I should have read these reviews before I gave this particular agent my business. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM AN INSURANCE COMPANY. The agent didn't return calls and as a customer i wasn't treated like I mattered. So, take my advice give another insurance company your business because Chad Hugo has horrible customer service...AND HE'S THE SUPERVISOR OF THIS LOCATION. GO FIGURE 👎👎👎. State Farm treats me better.

These people are so awesome. Very down to earth. Will help you with your insurance needs. I've been with them for years and have my car and renter's insurance through them. The rates are much lower than other insurance companies. I personally like the fact that when you walk in.. No ones in 3 piece suits. Boots and jeans mainly. Country feel not executive feeling. Why is this something I mentioned Because you can actually communicate with them as a everyday person Not feel like you have to dress up to go to the office or have a college degree to talk to them. I'm pure country myself and I love the atmosphere. I also like the fact that at 62 and on a fixed income and with this company I'm able to get a great policy for a great price.
