Gotta be the most painstaking process ever. I have not had my car for nearly 4 weeks now and they haven’t even approved the work on it. I have been calling them and so has the dealership and we have recieved nothing avoid these people at all costs. Find a company that is somewhat dependable. These people know nothing

Look, there a scam. they have stolen $1300 dollars from me when i fell for it. please do not do the same mistake. anyone saying this is higher than a 1 star please report for them being a paid reviewer or a bot. they keep spam calling me on the daily now talking about how my auto payments haven't gone through. because i disputed one of there payments. blocked and reported all the numbers. they will try and contact you with different numbers. just remember to block and report as spam. Also, there cancellation process is a complete joke. you have to MAIL in a letter that i refuse to do, and looking online and other reviews here i am glad i didn't waste my time trying.

If negative stars were available I give them -5. WARNING! DO NOT PURCHASE WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY! Engine failed, maintenance records provided. Cause of failure confirmed. 3rd party inspector sent and agreed with the shop!!!! Company refused to cover because they wanted the shop to completely disassemble engine on the customers dime. Completely unnecessary. Total waste of time and resources. It was more cost effective to circumvent the warranty!
