Thus is nothing more than a phishing scam posing as part of your mortgage lender. Do not call. As with everyone else reviewing, we also received this fake letter, exactly the same as all of the others. ALWAYS, ALWAYS call your lender directly if you think something is from them. Do not call any strange numbers. Always do a bit of research and protect yourself from these scams.

Got a scam letter in the mail with threatening language. Called them and an extremely rude and unprofessional woman answered the phone and quickly asked questions before demanding almost $3000. When I didn't offer my card and kindly declined, she became verbally aggressive.

After 3 months of charging my credit card automatically I faced an issue with my dryer they requested $75 service call plus parts I tried cancelling and they were extremely rude the customer service I don’t recommend this company
