No, not just "yeah, they sell insurance", that is like saying going to a car lot gets you a car. Nope, not always gonna happen. For your information and a point of reference, I called them while going down a list of agencies, and they solved my problems before I could talk to the rest of the yo-yo's posing as good neighbors out to take my money and leave me in the dark...when I have a question. So why all this to do? My cost has gone down from my first policy to my third. My service has never gone down, and it was awesome from the first day. And to make that clear, I have never been into their office...and get service like I live next door.
