This company is one of the worst I’ve dealt with. No one answers the phone, no one calls back, no one responds to emails. I’ve been waiting on my refund check for a cancelled policy for 3 months now and it has still not shown up at the address I provided to Sierra Miller. She claims they mailed it out and then when I followed up, she said they would mail it again. The chances of usps losing the same check TWICE is astronomical so they either sent it to the wrong address or just didn’t send it at all. Either way they have not remedied the issue. If I could give them negative stars I would. Along with Wildcat Lending (now Crebrid), DO NOT EVER use their services. Also the insurance they provide for the money you pay is absolute garbage. They did not help us when our investment property was destroyed/vandalized. You are better off getting your own insurance when using a hard money lender
