Adding into the one star reviews ... my insurance has been great until WebTPA took over as third part administrator. Now, even my doctors won't even deal with them anymore so I am stuck looking for new doctors, who either haven't heard of WebTPA or are definite NO when I asked if they were in network. Worst experience I've ever had. No way to reach someone, no way to locate physicians on my own on their website, their customer service via phone (if you can reach them) is abysmal. There is nothing redeeming about my experience with them.

I could not get an appointment with a gp and a lot of the numbers they provide are not even active phone numbers. I called customer service and they gave me a couple numbers to try. When I called, they both said they are not even doctors offices. One was a nursing home. I am beyond frustrated with this insurance company and will be canceling soon if I can.

I have had this coverage from my employer for about 4 months. I have emailed them and never get a response. I have submitted claims, if their portion is under $20 they approve. If its more than $20 they stay pending for months.
