Nope. If you have a choice, go somewhere else. The ONLY reason that I went with this title company is because Toll Brothers informed me that they were their preferred company. A total sham. That just means that they have a financial relationship that benefit them, not you. This company was a disaster from the start, and it never got better. Zero communication and even several months after closing I am getting documents trickling in via USPS that make no sense to me and should have been included in the closing documents. And don't look for a digital copy of your closing docs or title insurance. They are not quite into this century yet so everything is a paper copy with staples just to make it harder on you to digitally scan anything. I mean, who uses staples anymore? Anyway, the only bright spot was the manager who seemed to be the only one in the office who knew how to do the job. Everyone else was struggling to put down their latte's and produce any work. So no, I would not recommend this title company to anyone, and I will be sure to find a different company the first opportunity I have during my next refinance. Even if it costs me money.

I cannot express, nor fathom how great of an experience I have had with Carol Mattaliano. She is one of the most single handedly best not only escrow officer, but human being I have worked with throughout my whole career in real estate. The service, response, and attentive detail is second to none and if anyone is lucky one day to come across a file with her, rest assured she will always get the job done!

Came here to close on our Toll Brothers house. Was met by this rude woman, named Michelle Vellucci, she did not introduce herself and was cold throughout our encounter. It was an unpleasant experience.
