Tim and his sales team were amazing, We broke down in my 2017 F250 outside of town on our way to our son’s graduation in Kansas. I had been looking at other trucks in Phoenix, Albuquerque, and Amarillo.
They had a few I was interested in. We made a quick deal and we were on the road within 2 hours with a brand new truck.
He gave us a great offer for our 175k mile truck! Mind you we brought it in on a tow truck. No hassle, no upsell. I guarantee non of the big dealers would have given us the same offer. They bent over backwards to help us, when they could have took advantage of us and our situation.
Thank you Tim and the entire XIT team.

I don’t like posting these kind of reviews but people need to know the truth. I dropped my 2016 6.7 power stroke to have it look over due to my oil temperature getting hot. They said to bring it over when they open at 8am. I dropped it off and was waiting for a call back just to hear what they found after the diagnostics test. 1pm rolled around still no call or update so I decided to run up there and check to see if I had any updates. I looked in the bay and my truck was just sitting there. Hood was closed wasn’t on a lift and nothing hooked up to it. I’m thinking the issue has been fixed and maybe they’re just busy. Not the case. The diesel tech (Darrell) with a terrible attitude said my truck had been flashed and their computer would not connect to PCM. Well that’s a lie it’s not deleted or turned. So I asked the man to try and hook up the computer again while I was there to see for myself. And surprise it worked perfectly fine. He also decided to let me know my coolant was 3/4 of a gallon low. Interesting because I just checked the coolant before dropping it off. When I popped the hood the man (Darrell) filled the coolant so much it was about to over flow from the reservoir. It’s very simple to see the min and the max coolant line on the reservoir. That definitely offended his ego! And persisted to tell me how much of an expert he his. UNBELIEVABLE!! lol. He couldn’t even find the issue with the truck. Why I brought it in to begin with. Felipe the guy behind the parts desk was very rude and constantly giving me excuses why my truck was not getting fixed. I do not recommend bringing you vehicles to this service center. I highly doubt all the employees in the shop are ford certified. The whole point of why I take my truck to ford is reliable help and people knowledgeable to fix the issue I have. That’s why myself I pay the premium price for the labor and for peace of mind. So my stuff is properly maintained and fixed. Do better ford of dalhart. Dogged a bullet with this place!!
