We will never use this company again. We were told we would fund today even though we were signing remotely at 2pm. It didn't fund (even though they stated they have the money, i.e. funded to the title company) , my wife called at 4:29 and they answered. As she was talking to them the phone disconnected at 4:30 and now we can't even talk to anyone. Now with the long weekend we won't get paid until Tuesday and the poor new owners have to be out by Monday where they are currently!

My wife and I just recently closed on the sale of our home, Young Title handled the closing in a very professional manner. We enjoyed having the online portal to check on the status and submit/receive documents. The staff was very nice and the closing process was quick and efficient.
