We walked in last Saturday late morning, Bonnie greeted us very kindly. Julie and I introduced ourselves and asked to see a salesman. Doug appeared and we were up front about wanting to look at a tractor that was compatible to the B7500 tractor we have at our Ohio property. Doug was not pushy or overly aggressive at all, he was listening to our needs and it was an excellent conversation about what we were looking for. Customer service was very impressive and respectful over the entire 1.5 hour period. We bought a new B2301HSD-1 w/front bucket, belly mower and reverse cut tiller. We would highly recommend Zimmerer Kubota &Equipment to anyone looking for any Kubota. We were so impressed as we are business owners ourselves of the professionalism, respect and commitment during our purchase. Our new Kubota is being delivered tomorrow morning. I purchased a new machine here and I honestly should have shopped around more. I could have saved myself a few thousands. They kept trying to add extras to my invoice and then act like it takes an act of congress to remove them. The sales people are kinda of arrogant when they probably couldn't afford to buy the products themselves.. and do plan to give me a refund of thousands of dollars that I was overcharged??
