This bank used to be great, but I tell you the new staff is rude and snarky. My husband went into the bank to cash a customer check today, and they accused him of tampering with the check. So, my husband's customer had to come up to the bank and make a fuss to get the check cashed.

Any bank except this one. Called to check on a $10k+ ACH, which was confirmed and the IT person very professional. Get a call back approximately an hour later from same person (now very surely), informing me the account is closed, charged-off, and funds ($10k+) being returned to ACH source. Utiliy bills were paid online based on previous conversation. Seems they're interested not in money but some perceived punishment. Way to go ANB. Way to go.
