Austin insurance is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I called because Vanzant towinghit my car which is there a client. These people are so rude. They act like hillbillies they don’t like to speak in a tone kept hanging up in our faces just because we tried to get a Claim number. We had a policy number, but she was so rude. Whoever this lady was she continuously just kept hanging up in my face. I don’t know how they do things in Paducah, but we don’t do things like that to people in Denver, Colorado and if you don’t have the resources, you’d be nice enough to just say that, but to hang up in somebody’s face continuously and make them feel like they don’t belong because your client hit us all we were trying to do is get in information. I feel like Austin Insurance is a prejudice place. The people there are prejudice and they’re not very nice people they never even said I’m sorry Loss my aunt died. I was trying to take my mom to a funeral in Atlanta from Paducah when we were hit by their And we didn’t even make it to the funeral to say our goodbyes and this place was the worst And said we cussed them up I don’t cuss and I never cussed her That was so rude and obnoxious to work in a place Were you supposed to have good customer service but thank you for being rude and not even looking at the situation So sad

Absolutely best people to work with on insurance! Very helpful, friendly, and they always have their customers best interest in mind. Really great local business to act as a buffer between the public and the big insurance companies.
