Worst Title Company I have ever had to work with! Our closing was delayed 4 weeks because of their lack of professionalism. They did not order sellers payoff, or even request it....then the day of original clsoe date, decided to tell our seller , "we don't do that" not sure why they would wait until closing date to give this information!!!??? I tried several times to reach out to them via email- got a vacation email response, then through phone calls- not a ingle person knew the answer to ANY questions. They pushed our closing back again, because they only have 1 person that can close in this office- terrible!! Had to call in from another title company. When clients had questions during closing , they could not answer these questions. Seller was not paid until 3 days later after transaction funded, ( both realtors were paid though??) All of this a week ago and I still can not get a copy of the signed closing documents( requested 4x now) I do not understand why this place is still in business--terrible service that reflects on the industry as a whole!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!
