Avoid this place at all costs! We were trying to refinance our house and this company completely dropped the ball. They promised that the would have the title work done by the 3 week in May and that didn't happen. Then that kept saying next week and again next week. They finally finished it the middle of June. When that said they were finished they didn't do a quick claim deed like that were supposed to. Which caused our homeowners insurance to expire. The people here are completely incompetent!

I recommend no one to use this title company they refused to do their job. There’s was a 100 year old clerical error on a property I was selling to a family member. They refused to help on any way and told me I would have to take it through the court system to have it resolved for tens of thousands of dollars plus lawyer fees. I went to lone star title company in linden and the situation was resolved in less than 1 hour with a phone call and cost me $22. Cass county title and morris county title is a complete waste of time.
