Our experience with this title company was unfortunately the most challenging part of our home purchase. From early on, there were several instances of miscommunication, and we often found ourselves having to follow up to get updates or clarification on what was needed from us. We did not feel that our concerns were handled with the level of professionalism we expected. In particular, our interactions with the manager Cole were a nightmare. He came across as disrespectful and rude, which added unnecessary stress and took away from what should have been a joyful experience. While we understand that closing transactions can be complex, the lack of communication and professionalism from them made this experience disappointing, and in hindsight we would have considered using a different title company. The one and only bright spot in this experience was Grace. She was warm, friendly, and the only person who made us feel treated with kindness. We’re very thankful for her help and attention on closing day.
