I went to the palmer location 4 times and the ferris location 3 times and the manager and tellers would not talk to me or give me any information on an account my grandfather left me beneficiary on . And I know for a fact my identity was stolen by a certain person and that person has the account there. So when I go in there to discuss this they won't help me . I've already done all I can do about this stolen account thru your bank.. now I know it's been at least $250, 000 so that's $500,000 this person has stolen. Because what you already gave them and paying me back. So double the amount no matter what if it's stolen.. which it is and I'm sure it's way more money than that because it two accounts I have sole ownership of.. I also wanted to inform you what kind of people you have handling your money. People who don't care because it's not their money, they'd rather take a $100 bribe and cost you thousands so far , possibly millions. Could you please email me back or reply.
