I did not receive a closing statement until I contacted the company myself—just one hour prior to our rescheduled closing. At the closing appointment, I was simply directed to sign documents with the front desk secretary, who was unable to answer even basic questions. It has now been nearly three weeks since closing, and I have still not received copies of the closing documents or any of the paperwork signed that day. These documents are critical for setting up utilities the property. I was consistently given the runaround when calling. The receptionist finally asked "what do you want!?", then was told she could email a copy of documents and hung up. It took repeated calls and persistent effort on my part to obtain documents that should have been provided without request. This level of disorganization and disregard for client needs is unacceptable. Clients should not have to chase down a title company to perform fundamental responsibilities. Based on my experience, I strongly do not recommend Lucy, and this company.

As the buyer, my experience with this title company was very disappointing. There was little or delayed communication throughout the transaction, despite multiple follow-ups by my realtor and lender. Due to the lack of responsiveness and coordination, the closing date was missed, causing unnecessary stress and delays. Clear and timely communication is essential in real estate closings, and that standard was not met. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this title company.
