Adjuster came out to inspect my roof for my hail damage claim. He admitted when he was here that there was hail damage, but failed to show or report it in he's inspection report. I had the roof inspected by a certified roofer and they reported lots of damage caused by hail. Not sure if these inspectors know anything about inspecting a roof or if they just report what the insurance tells them too.

I currently have an open claim, but the reason I am writing a review is because it has taken too long for the adjuster to write an accurate description of the damages caused by a severe hail storm (In May of 2024). They have insinuated that all justified damages were previous to the storm. I have submitted plenty of evidence and today, Mr. Brant McDowell stated that he will take a look one more time at the adjuster report and put in letter the adjusters recommendations. (That's it) I advised him that I will also submit pictures and videos of the severe hail storm so he can have a clear idea of the damages and make a fair report. (This review will be updated).
