Michael Bryant went above and beyond in every way. He stayed after hours to make sure my buyer was taken care of, and here's the thing—even though it was late, there was ZERO rushing. No cattle-herding vibe. He took the time to help my client truly understand the process, making them feel valued every step of the way.

If I could give a zero I would. Today I had a closing with my out of town investor at Encore Title. From the beginning the lack of communication and delay on this file was out of control. Despite that the manager was notified nothing was done about it. I went with my client to the closing today and documents were not ready, they knew my client was coming out of town. They tried to blame the lender when the lender in fact did sent the documents. At the end they got the documents to sign and as we went to the conference room, Bertha had the nerve take the opportunity to bad mouth about me to my client and his mom when I stepped out to take a call. The client that we brought to close to this title company, They will NEVER EVER get my business again. Terrible service. My client stated he was cornered and put at an awkward position. He got angry and shocked at the same time. He couldn't believe the words that were coming out of the employee despite that fact that we brought them business. He drove from Austin since 3 am to be at the closing at 10 am for an employee to be telling them that and make him feel that way. As I came back to the room they informed me immediately of what was said. They agreed that in future investment to make sure we don't use this Company for closing. My client's left with a bad taste in their mouth, something that should have been celebration. Use another title company that will appreciate your clients and your business and that at least will offer water.
