One of our policy’s is with this agency,recently I called about policy documents and received them by email.I wanted to change our coverage and they transferred me to Bonita,I believe that is the agents name.She actually spoke with my husband and not me and was supposed to change our policy,in the course of their conversation she mentioned a personal health issue was bothering her more than once so maybe that affects her service to customers?Well I checked our premium and it had not changed at all from what it was,she did not follow through on changing our policy.Here is my advice to her,do not bring your personal problems to work if you can’t do your job,this individual costed us a couple hundred dollars in premiums because she didn’t do her job.I cannot recommend the Melissa Ray Agency for your insurance needs
