I see people complaining about hours and service. If you want to be treated like a number at a big name bank, then bank with a big name bank. I use the Eagle Creek location, everyone is very professional with a small town atmosphere and one on one banking needs. I've had big name banks in the past and never got anywhere. This is my bank from now own. Good service, professional and friendly staff.

We’ve been banking with Falls City National Bank Eagle Creek Branch for about 4 years now and we live an hour away in New Braunfels but we wouldn’t think of taking it business anywhere else. We have never had a single bad experience with this bank or anyone who works there. If anything they have jumped through hoops for us to get transactions done as quickly as possible Cuz they know we live an hour away and that my husband works 90 his weeks. Anything we need financed gets done through them and Roger and Kathy are the perfect team to make that all go smoothly. If you treat them with respect and you pay your loans and keep your account in good standing there they will move mountains for you but will also let you know financially based in your debt to income ratio what you can afford to finance. We highly recommend them if you want that small town Texas hospitality! They are worth the drive if you don’t live close!!
