Very disappointing experience. I went in to ask a question and received no help. On top of that, the ATM was down I informed an employee and then waited about 10 minutes with no communication or update. I eventually walked out. Customer service definitely needs improvement.

Been banking here for several yrs. . We enjoy the small hometown atmosphere, but sure would be nice if they were open on Saturday’s’ even for half a day.

Bedias bank came recommend for a land loan by a friend. She advised me to speak to Lisa and told me to avoid Dee. When I called Lisa was not available that day so I ended up speaking with Dee. She was very kind and answered all of my questions. I advised her of the property we were wanting to finance and that there was a unlivable mobile home that didn't have a title on the property she said that the appraiser would most likely not finance with a mobile home that didn't have a title but that she would call some of their appraisers and ask if they would overlook that. Didn't hear back from her for 2 days so I called and spoke with her again and she said she hasn't heard anything back. This was over a week ago and I still haven't heard anything back. I can see why I was told to steer clear of her. I took my business to the bank of Anderson and not only are they handling everything, they dont care that the mobile home doesn't have a title they also have a lower interest rate as well. Bedias bank lost a customer.
