There thieves. My husband passed away so i was paying the car loan from them. They accept all my payments all of sudden they repo my car because supposedly i was behind I wasn't. It was almost paid off. There excuse was that i wasn't on the account. So why did they accept my money if they knew my husband was deceased. I hate that bank!!! I hope the manager i talk to one day she'll pay for what they did to me. There assles!!!!

This bank presents itself as being about the community, yet there are no meaningful efforts to educate or inform members. Customers feel overlooked, and that is concerning. Members are the reason FirstLight Credit Union exists, and without them, there would be no employees or institution. Until priorities shift toward member support and transparency, I will be looking at other banking options.
