I've only had one phone call with Blanca Harper, but as of now the experience has been very positive. She is kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable about what I need to do insurance-wise after my mother's passing. Something I really appreciate is that I will be working with Blanca until my issues are resolved, I won't be bounced around to other agents, having to repeat my story 4 or 5 times. Another plus is that I'm not anxious about the process, or having to speak with Blanca again, and that's worth gold to me.
