Sarah Kirk should be your go-to when closing. I cannot say enough positive things about her and my experience. She was kind and empathetic beforehand, which made the initial process smoother. But day of closing, no words, this woman is a saint. We had an atypical closing experience but that didn’t slow Sarah down. She is so compassionate and amazing and I am so glad when I was told to request her that I did. She knows her profession well but she does it with a heart of gold. I would encourage anyone to choose their title company as Hub City but specifically ask for Sarah Kirk!
