I had the most wonderful experience with this company! They made my closing a breeze and a good time. My closer (Taylor) was early, well prepared, personable and even had gold balloons for me in the room. She explained everything to me about what I would be getting into with closing a home. I couldn't believe all the love and they put into the process. As a first time homebuyer it was definitely appreciated. I recommend this company to anybody in my situation buying a house.

The General Manager of Impact Title contacted me directly. She was so kind and actually took time to hear my story and frustrations with my experience at Impact Title. I have to say that reaching out a year later as a GM who didn’t know much about the situation and trying to make it right with me says a lot about the company. I’m not one to leave negative reviews because I know we are all human and we are not perfect. I explained that leaving this review was my last resort to get the companies attention since noone would call me back at that time. Knowing that a GM took time out of her day to reach out to me regarding a situation that happened over a year ago and she didn’t know hardly anything about what happened, tells me that she is trying very hard to guarantee excellent customer service when it comes to Impact Titles Reputation. I am very grateful she heard me out and got to root of the issue. Thank you.
I am leaving this review on Impact for the title company and Betenbough as a whole. It’s a long story so here it goes.
1st my husband and I met with Courtney the sales rep for betenbough in August of 2023, we picked out our plot of land and our floor plan with betenbough and began the process of signing a construction agreement to get our home. Let me just say, if it wasn’t for Courtney we would not have used betenbough at all. We heard all kinds of bad things about them and was very ify on building with them. However you can’t help but to just love Courtney and Nikki!
When we arrived to our construction agreement we chose many options to add to our home and upgraded a few things. One of those things were adding cabinets to some areas that didn’t have them like over the fridge, the utility room the master bathroom and the 2nd bathroom. We also were under the impression we were getting 3 electrical outlets added to the kitchen island as we were shown when walking the model.
Fast forward to Jan and Feb and were told the code changed and we would not be getting island outlets. It may not be a big deal to most but to us that was a huge plus for us. So I am a personal investigator and called the city of Amarillo general electrician and found out that the new code didn’t state we COULDNT have them, it stated it’s now an option, and since it’s an option we felt as if they should have honored what was originally agreed upon, and that was getting our outlets.
Then 2 weeks before closing we are then told we can’t get our cabinet installed over my daughter’s toilet. We were told 3 times the cabinet was just damaged and there would be a new one installed and then told oh no that’s not included.
Overall aside from the lack of communication on a few things with betenbough they were great to work with! Only because of Courtney & Nikki
