Poor customer service. To start off our bond for our overweight permit ended up having the wrong form filed. I was advised by RLI to reach out to agent who issued the bond. I did and never received a response back. Then our insurance came up for renewal requested the new rate and our agent Lindsey still never responded to anything so I ended up going elsewhere. I will have to find a new Great West agent .

If i could put zero stars i would worst customer service then when they mess up they want to blame the carrier or everybody else but owning up to there mistake they only communicate with you when renewal comes around they charged an additonal 25,000 for safety charges when they never helped us with anything about safety and they speak to you very unprofessional like your nobody and get mad when you move to another insurance or they scare you that noone else will work with you
