I had an extremely disappointing experience the front desk lady. From the start, her tone was rude and condescending, which made it very difficult to get help with what should have been a straightforward question. Instead of providing clear information or guiding me to someone who could assist, she was dismissive and unprofessional. Great customer service should make clients feel respected and supported, but unfortunately, this interaction did the opposite. I hope the management team addresses this issue so future customers are treated with courtesy and basic professionalism.

Of all the Pronto Insurance there hasn't been 1 that actually knows what Customer Service is about. Some are un-professional not knowing what to do, some are rude, others just do not listen and the most recent (Jessica at this location) just likes to hang up on ppl/customers. Called back and states other wise didn't respond while getting info from me. Inexcusable all Pronto Customer service in all the RGV just unprofessional. I am waiting to hear from a manager and see what excuse they come up with at this location.

I had canceled my insurance for May 2025 with Pronto/Delta because was told $160 to renew liability coverage. And payment was going to increase. Even with perfect driving record. Pronto still drafted $97 from my bank account even though I canceled. In May 2025 I switched with All-State for better deal and coverage. When called Pronto, I was told I signed agreement of 20 days notice before cancelation. I would never signed any stupid agreement. My name must of been fraudulently used in Doc sign or something. In 45 years of having insurance no company ever stolen money from me before. I had to report the poor behavior from Pronto to my Bank to get my money back. I'm sure there's laws to protect folks from this kind of behavior. Pronto lies already by posting $29 on windows now they rip off customers. Maybe Pronto thought I was a old man that wouldn't notice getting ripped off. ON 07/20/2025 I won the dispute and my Bank helped me get my money back. Pronto reported it as miss payment and reported me to credit bureau. Now and have all the ammo I need to report pronto to better better business bureau.
