I met Michael from Neplusultra after Hurricane Helene landed in our home county, Taylor County, Florida. We were thankful to have a home, as many were less fortunate. However, my house suffered damage; this was my first time filing a home insurance claim. I will skip all the details and say that the insurance company paid me 1/5 of what it would cost to repair my home. I met Michael at church on a Sunday and told him my story. That afternoon, he was at my house; he thoroughly went through my home and identified several missed items, including water in the walls.
