It seems my negative review was removed. Whomever removed my review doesn’t want the truth out! I’ll say it again… and the only reason I’m on this site again is because now today the air condition doesn’t work and I will be without AC all night and who knows for how much longer… Do NOT rent or purchase these townhomes! If you care for your privacy, know that this establishment forcefully enter your home monthly for one reason or another saying you will be in breach of contract if you don't let them in. One month it's to change air filters (even if you change your own), the next month it's for Mandatory fumigation (even if you fumigation yourself), the next month it's to get appliance model information and then it begins again for air filters and fumigation and whatever other reason they choose to enter your home Monthly!!! If you want to pay shy of $2000 and be micromanaged on your living like you're a child then this place is for you but otherwise... Look elsewhere, aside from the thin walls where I could hear my Duplex neighbor snoring and coughing up a lung, this management is in your home monthly giving you absolutely no privacy!!
