I went to purchase a vehicle and Joe Cantu put me in something I absolutely love and can afford. All my questions were answered and his patience with me was amazing. Definitely will be going back to purchase future vehicles. After signing for my vehicle we headed over to the insurance department and Tristan Guytan was our insurance agent and was the absolute best. He went out of his way to get me the best rate, and even made me cancel my current policy due to him saving me ALOT of money. Overall my experience at Payne was amazing, I recommend them 100%.

Terrible... I HAD a policy with Pronto ins... they never created a customer profile for me, therefore they never sent me any kind of notification for payment. No emails, phone calls, or statements by mail. I called them and they told me I would have be reinstated and requoted for a policy. Promised to call me back in 15 mins... days passed. I finally called them again to see what happened... the man who was suppose to be helping me get my policy back basically placed all the blame on me for not calling them to see why they never called me?? I was told they'd call me in 15 mins again... I had to call them back again... was re-quoted for a policy $30 more than what my original policy was. It's already 5 PM and I still don't have a policy reinstated... if I could post this review without a star, I would have.
