We were on a family trip and a engine warning alarm came on about low oil pressure. Ask anyone in Alto Texas where to go when you have engine emergencies and they will tell you Pearman Motor Company. They took my Tahoe pulling a camper straight in. They changed my oil and filter in less than an hour and fixed our problem. The staff was super nice. They treated me special and had us back on the road so I could relax.

Took my vehicle in for recall work and was told my rear motor mount was warn and needed replaced. I was quoted 2 hours work plus parts ($500). I purchased the parts for half what I was quoted, and didn't need new bolts. I chose to research this job and was able to do it in less than 15 minutes without a car mount! I'm a software engineer, NOT a mechanic! I called in and was told by the manager that they charge what their computer tells them regardless of how long it actually takes them to do the job! Definitely taking advantage of customers!! Won't be taking my vehicles back here.
