Well they say what a difference another day makes as I experienced a completely different experience on my return visit to Pecos County state bank - and it deserves recognition. Juanita Contreras and Beatrice Espinoza went above and beyond to help me. They were professional, respectful, and took the time to walk me through opening the account, answering all my questions along the way. What stood out most was how they treated me- with patience and genuine customer care. "...Because of them, I not only got my check cashed, but I also left feeling valued as a customer with a bag of cool stuff in hand. It had everything from a large pen flashlight that lights up a whole room, a keychain flashlight with tape measure, a piggy bank, note books, pens, a flyswatter, and assorted small items. An impromptu stop at the bank turned into a perfect doggy pit stop. Plenty of grass for pets to roll around and a nice sidewalk loop around the bank. Don’t ruin a good thing & pic up after your pet 🐶❤️
