I visited today to open a business checking account. They are local to my community however they seem to have enough business because they did not seem to want mine. The new accounts person was pleasant but never asked my name. I was told that I needed several documents. Ironically Capital One was able to open an account for me in ten minutes. Remember when banking was about relationships?
