Justin was very unfriendly on the phone with me when I asked him to redo a quote he made me, and when did he put an extra 300 dollar freight charge for the parts I ordered. If you're working with case equipment, I recommend going to Asco instead, they sell parts cheaper, staff is friendlier, and willing to work with you

If we could give a zero stars I would we bought a brand new backhoe been calling about warranty for about 4/5 months and just got a call today that we are not under warranty even though this backhoe has less the 100 hours on it I would look somewhere else horrible service

I delivered my skid steer to their yard. They had it for 3 days, they called me and said it was ready. I picked it up and it was not fixed. So I called Permian tractor. They sent a mechanic out to my yard. He didn’t have the right part. Left my skid steer tore apart. A couple days later he came back out and STILL had the wrong part. I loaded it up and delivered it to their yard. A week later they said it was ready. My bill was for $2,800! Permian Tractor charged me 18 HOURS for their mistake of having the wrong part TWO different times. I spoke with John at Permian Tractor he had no concern of making it right. I would never take my equipment back to Permian Tractor!
