It really is surprising they will not return my calls...I've called a least 5 times and they will not call back to give a quote. Their new office is right next to me (8th), so I thought I'd give them a shot and get a quote, but they seem too busy for me. Every time I call they act put out that I'm calling back. I can't imagine how they would respond if I had an actual claim... In response to the claim that there was a callback, I have a record showing I had a missed call at 5:35 pm, but I have no record of a voicemail. In addition, I have called and asked for quotes for several weeks prior with no acknowledgment. The last time I had called, I was told I'd get a call back shortly. I don't consider the following day at 5:35 pm to be adequate.
