We had a great experience at Red McCombs Superior Hyundai. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted, and they made the process incredibly smooth. There was no crazy back-and-forth and no feeling of being held hostage — just straightforward and to the point, which I truly appreciated.
Bill was fantastic — helpful, friendly, and attentive. Knowing we were in a rush, he even took my husband back to the office so I could stay and finish the paperwork, and he brought me lunch while I was waiting for the finance portion, which was such a thoughtful touch.
When it came time for finance, Oscar was super friendly and easily the least pushy finance manager we’ve ever worked with; he was thorough, helpful and broke it all down for me to understand what I needed. Both Bill and Oscar made the entire experience simple and stress-free.

Red McCombs Hyundai has some really good people there. Fermin was my sales rep and I couldn't say enough about how nice and how personal he made the buying experience. There is an older sales rep there that is out of touch so if you comes up to you just walk away, trust me.
I did have an issue with the car after purchasing and its was handled with a personal touch from the sales department and I really appreciate what they were able to do for me.
If I'm in the market for another Hyundai I will definitely be going back. I'm really enjoying the 2024 Ionic 5 but the newer models have so good improvement features. It's a very nice EV for the price.
Oscar in the finance department is the star of the show.

My family visited this dealership on Friday, March 13th after seeing a voucher advertised on Facebook. My brother even called ahead to confirm the promotion. Someone named Allyson was providing these vouchers through Facebook and assured us they would be honored.
Unfortunately, when my family arrived at the dealership, the promotion turned out to be extremely misleading. They spent over three hours there only to find that the voucher was essentially meaningless.
The advertisement claimed the dealership would pay off your trade-in even if you had negative equity. However, when the numbers were presented, the negative equity was simply added to the new vehicle anyway. That is not what the promotion implied.
This experience felt like a bait-and-switch tactic used to get people into the dealership. It wastes people’s time and targets customers who may already be in difficult financial situations.
We will be contacting corporate about this experience and are considering reporting it to local media as well.
Please be cautious before shopping here and make sure any promotions are clearly explained and honored.
