Waste of time. I worked with Santiago Lubo for a month getting quotes on 7 different vehicles of various types. When I told him I was ready to purchase he doubled the rates. Absolutely ridiculous.

Call in wait times are 15-20 minutes as the norm. Agents do not follow through and return calls. Their solution is to have you ccall the insurance provider Progressive, who is equally as horrible..Then Progressive tells you they can't help call Roamly...And I'm just trying to renew. I can't imagine what it would be like if I was dealing with a claim....The absolute epitome of zero customer service!!
