Absolutely, without a doubt, the worst insurance company I have ever experienced in 50+ years of dealing with insurance companies. No customer service. Took a policy, when I questioned on description of structure, told "it's ok, we do it all the time.". Took my money FAST. Insurance underwriter cancelled within 3 days because of structure description. Has taken over a month to get money back with ZERO help from Zamora. They ignored the whole thing. Could NEVER get a straight answer or callback. Run. Don't use this company.
