I wish I could give 0 stars. We have been hung up on multiple times, talked to management, talked to mulitple departments and nobody there can verify coverage. I just called again and a gentleman named Juan hung up on me immediately saying he was in a meeting. Terrible customer service; the worst of any insurance company i've spoken with.

Very poor service. One of their insureds rear ended my husband causing damage to his vehicle and they refused to file a claim despite many attempts from both myself and my own insurance company. I finally had to go over their head to their parent company to get the service and respect you would expect from an insurance company. I hope to never deal with them again.
