Raphel Pena owner of Liberty Starr hired my company to move his personal belongings. He asked for payment terms that would allow him to pay for the move 3 or 4 days after the move. In an effort to gain his business we granted him that. Upon delivery he found a couple of damages and we tried to work with him to repair and resolve the issues. He was completely unreasonable and refuse to work with us and our 3rd party professional repairman. He has been avoiding us and is avoiding paying any of the $2000 of which he owes us.

She helped me focus on what I needed and she is well respected in her field. It is a shame that a former employee has to air their dirty laundry on a professional profile.
