This is the worst insurance ever. My house got hail damaged but they don't want to pay for all damages with the reason that my roof 13 years old. If my roof doesn't get hail, it's too old as 13 years. So does the insurance will pay for the new roof? Is that ridiculous reason for not wanna pay!!!

A couple years back, I contacted them to have a quote for a homeowner insurance for my duplex. They didn't have the courtesy to answer. After a while I did contact them again I forced them to tell me the reason... they denied to quote for duplex. It was just a total waste if time.
