We cancelled our policy with Shepard insurance because they just were not performing in our best interest in Feb 2022. Here it is July, and our company is receiving a bill/collection for a $1,300.00 audit that we did not do because our agent, Harlan, apparently did not process the cancellation properly. We reached out to Shepard for assistance and was told by Yolanda to contact the "other company" directly... but had Harlan done his job correctly as we asked for months this would not have happened. We do not know what to do at this point and are getting minimal assistance.

I have never come across a more unprofessional company. I tried to switch insurance but it led to one calamity after another. They give incompetence a whole new meaning - do not use Shepard Yes - please do! I am still waiting for Yolanda at Shepard Insurance in McAllen to contact me
