Update: Marissa called me a week back to talk about the issue I faced and looks like they refunded my agency fee because the agent who sold the insurance did not explain me about this, so they refunded me the charge. They charge you a big fee for getting you a less coverage insuranceI recently bought a car from autonation Toyota and they recommened Pheonix insurance, that agency charged me $165.05 as a agency fee but funny thing is progressive insurance also charged me 60 dollars for agency fee. Besides when buying insurance they did not tell me that there is a agency fee for that matter. They sneakily charge your credit card more than 1 times. If you call them why we get this charge they will redirect your phone call to voice mail and the next time they wont even pick up your call. Beware we can get an insurance policy without agency fee which is close to 200. Absolute nightmare. Also the policy they give will not have the necessary coverage at all. In fact there is no coverage for the amount you pay. I compared my policies side by side and found out the truth and switched to another policy with less money and more coverage with no agency fee.

I had a very big accident on my BMW M3 and the girls from the Harlingen office were very informative about the process and the expections of what to expect. My policy rate did go a bit but it's worth for the service I was provided when I needed guidance.

I appreciate every minute that they take to receive you, since the first word comes out! They have a smile to receive you, they get your info, fast ,great communication skills! I truly recommend Mrs Arlette i can even text any concerns i have about my policy, she attend in a good fast matter, always helpful, they should have more people like her, working there!
