The staff are great BUT the lobby hours are such an inconvenience & unrealistic for people who work out of town all week. Lobby hours are 9-3 M-F, this is extremely annoying! Taking a day off work to make the bank lobby hours for an account change is not good customer service. FNB has to step it up with other banks!

I don't have an account with them. I needed cash, the atm said $3 dollars charge but that's not true. They charge an aditional $2.50 making the withdrawal fee $5.50 thats crazy!!!! not other bank charge that amount for withdrawal, not even international banks.
