He took the time to type up a release of lean that I needed to get the title transferred and assured me that it would go out in todays mail. All of this at about 3:30pm the day before Thanksgiving. Because there's not a lower score. Can't wait to move my business elsewhere. I'm constantly out of state which is the only reason I haven't but as soon as I get back, im changing. System is constantly down that prevents me from accessing MY money and when complaining to the branch, their response is very dismissing
