1 out of 5 Insurance agents seem to want to be paid and not work to represent you? I am writing this review to give you feedback on the service we received from your office. I have to say, I am more than disappointed in the communication and service you have provided or lack there of you neglected to provide. I believe personal communication builds businesses and referrals. This we did not have. Throughout our time here, from our sign on, you have not attempted to beat or get us better rates, been prompt on mid year updates, or given us good heads up on when our renewals are coming to discuss options. I hired you as a representative of ours to represent us, look out for us and to look out for our best interests. Lindsay had reached out and emailed us with new numbers- I had emailed her back, never to be heard from again and after several attempts to get ahold of you - the day of renewal, I still have not had any communication. You would think that if insurance doubles for some reason - a call would be nice to go over a plan , an option, an idea…? But again nothing! My review on line will indicate the above. I can’t say how disappointed we are in the lack of communication, representation after a car accident, a plan moving forward, and all after you get paid, but never truly do anything to represent us. Disappointing business transaction with Bill Van Pelt insurance company and lack of communication with no representation!

Absolutely blown away by how good of a deal I was able to get with the help of Bill Van Pelt! Cut the cost of my insurance in half and my coverage is way better than what it was! How!!
