I decide on benefits for a midsize company, we have around 50-55 employees. Prior to getting with TIA group we had gone with a PEO group in order to save on insurance. Due to costs we decided to ditch the PEO, we searched for new insurance and it was around what our PEO was charging us. On a last ditch effort we were referred to TIA group who took our plan cost down 15%!!!!! And then lowered it even further by getting us onto all BCBS plans, BCBS was late to respond and TIA group used that to leverage another 1% off, these people are freaking amazing. While price matters I also want to mention TIA Groups impeccable customer service, they do everything they can to make the experience as smooth as possible, Caleb and Lyndsay specifically are extremely responsive to our needs and they do so every time with a smile. I did not bother to shop around when pricing out insurance plans this year because I knew that TIA group had our back, two years, a pandemic and a lot of loss claims for our 2020 and still we are sitting lower than our PEO group price.
